Judgment Issued in the Case Jurisdictional Immunities of the State (Germany v. Italy: Greece intervening)

The International Court of Justice (ICJ or Court) issued its eagerly-awaited judgment in the case Jurisdictional Immunities of the State (Germany v. Italy: Greece intervening). This judgment basically holds that Italy has violated its obligation to respect the immunity enjoyed by Germany under international law.
