The new Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP) website is online

The new HELP website is now available on-line.  The site is the heart of the European Programme for Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals, funded by the Human Rights Trust Fund. The programme aims to fully integrate the standards of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) into the curricula of national training institutions for judges and prosecutors (NTI) and of all legal professionals in the member states of the Council of Europe.

All interested users can login at http://www.coe.int/help, to access a wide range of ECHR training resources, translated into many national languages: training manuals on ECHR Methodology and Key Concepts, Handbooks, standard curricula, course outlines, presentations, case studies, e-learning courses on the different articles and themes of the ECHR.

The website is also used as a platform for distance learning courses. It incorporates a presentation of all NTI that are partners in the project, and hosts forums to stimulate discussions and debates on human rights issues.

Thanks to Judge Roberto Rivello for drawing our attention to this.
