The Council of the European Union recently published a report on the co-operation and interaction between the EU and the International Criminal Court (ICC) (an English version can be found here). The report highlights in particular how the EU can co-ordinate the foreign policy positions of the EU member States with regard to the activities of the ICC. Furthermore it underlines the commitment of the EU to the universality and integrity of the ICC.
