Luis Moreno-Ocampo and the criticism that just will not silence

Just a short while ago we reported on the harsh criticism that recently has been aimed at the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Luis Moreno-Ocampo (see this post). Today Joshua Rozenberg, law commentator for inter alia the BBC and The Daily Telegraph, fired another shot at the Prosecutor once again calling for his resignation. The article is worth reading, not at least since it includes the latest developments at the ICC – namely the recent decision in the Lubanga case – although every reader should for him-/herself judge which allegations are justified and which are not.
