Guest post by Rahim Kanani on the ICC and Afghanistan

International Law Observer is glad to welcome a guest contribution by Rahim Kanani. Rahim Kanani is a research associate in justice and human rights at the Hauser Center for Nonprofit Organizations at Harvard Kennedy School, where he focuses on the role of NGOs in advancing international justice. He has worked at a variety of institutions including Amnesty International, the United Nations, and the U.S. military academy’s Combating Terrorism Center at West Point. He is also a frequent contributor to the Huffington Post.

Rahim’s post will focus on the relationship between the ICC and Afghanistan, and present some thoughts on what the ICC should and should not.
