Trial Chamber of the ICC lifts stay of proceedings in the case against Thomas Lubanga

Today the International Criminal Court announced, that the Trial Chamber I lifted the stay of proceedings in the case “The Prosecutor v. Thomas Lubanga Dyilo” (we reported earlier).
