This, obviously, since there has been much debate over the nature and extent of the misconduct by both parties to the armed conflict. Therefore, the West Bank is not really 'ignored', as Falk, and especially the other Rapportuers that contributed to the first report (noted above) have commented extensively on the various violations taking place in the West Bank and have again reemphasized the illegal character of the continued 42 year long belligerent occupation of the Palestinian territories (inc. the West Bank, Gaza Strip and the annexed East Jerusalem).
