In his guest post, Matisse will talk about how the NGO AJEDI-Ka and WITNESS are trying to not only support the effort to bring before the ICC those accused of having committed international crimes but also to help dissuade the practice of voluntary recruitment of children into armed groups in e.g. the DRC.
